The studio's first project, Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles, is due for release on July 18th 2017.
History OF PRIDEFUL SLOTH
Prideful Sloth was formed in 2015 when Cheryl and Joel decided that they just couldn’t resist the exotic shores of Brisbane, Australia for one second longer!
We wanted to create a company that focused on world building. We want our worlds to be their own characters. We're inspired by games such as Elder Scrolls, Zelda, Harvest Moon, Destiny and Bastion among others.
In our games you’ll see geographic inspiration from all the wondrous places we’ve lived, from England to the sunny and stretching sands of Australia’s beaches.

Cheryl is a talented gamesmith and Scrum Master with over 10 years experience in the industry in programming, business development, project management, production, and community management.
Joel a development polymath with over 10 years experience in the industry as an artist, programmer and graphics engineer with a fine arts background… it would be unfair to list all his skills here!
John is a technical wizard with over 10 years experience in the industry as a technical director and programmer. John is the programmer that other programmers go to.
